Epigea is a fully automated solution designed to maximize and optimize stadium operations, ensuring the highest quality playing field by installing a mobile, retractable cover that enables events beyond sports, protecting the pitch and keeping it in perfect condition with minimum human intervention.
This technology integrates seamlessly with the architecture of the stadium, whether new or existing, hiding discreetly behind one of the stands when not in use, without affecting either visibility and stadium capacity or the fan experience during matches.
This solution is fully adaptable and modular to the size and geometry of the stadium.
Hypogea is an innovative retractable pitch solution that can automatically, quickly and safely remove and protect the natural grass in a stadium by means of a set of mechanisms that reposition and move the trays that divide the playing field. It also features advanced grass maintenance systems (including irrigation, ventilation, heating, drainage, and more).
This solution maximizes the amount of space available in sports stadiums for multiple events and non-sports uses, such as concerts, conventions and shows.
