The Youth Talent Program (YTP) is our proposed pathway for professional development; tailored for engineers, STEAM graduates, recent graduates, and students or master’s degree candidates with a strong technical inclination and a passion for innovation.
Embark on your professional journey with a tailored development plan, crafted to fit your project and designated business sector. Our program melds training in interdisciplinary skills, hands-on technical expertise, and deep integration into Sener’s ethos, anchored by our core values of Innovation, Excellence, Commitment, Passion, and Teamwork.
You will engage in an 18-month journey featuring experiential workshops, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions led by Sener. This will be complemented by a personalized development plan and various initiatives designed to maximize your personal and professional advancement.
Over the course of 12 months, you will have the opportunity to blend practical training at Sener with workshops aimed at enhancing personal skills, as well as informative sessions on Sener’s corporate culture and operations to ensure a comprehensive experience.
