Corporate policies and certifications

We undertake our activity with the goal of achieving the highest level of client satisfaction, therefore:

• We comply with the client’s requirements set out in the contracts we enter into, with the legal and regulatory requirements in each geographical area in which we operate and, of course, with our own requirements set by each of the strategic business units. These requirements range from financial, operational, commercial or technological requirements.
• We encourage the sustainable use of resources, the reduction of risks in the workplace and we require our suppliers to implement a management, safety, health and environmental system aligned with our commitments.

The Sener Group companies, Sener Engineering and Sener Aeroespacial, have integrated Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental management systems, certified in accordance with the following standards:

• ISO 9001, applicable to Quality Management Systems. We were the first Spanish engineering company to be awarded this certificate, which guarantees an excellent working method to improve the quality of products and services, as well as client satisfaction.
• ISO 14001, the international standard that contains the requirements necessary to implement an Environmental Management System.
• ISO 45001, this standard establishes all the requirements to ensure occupational health and safety and provides guidance for the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• EFR 1000-1 ed.5 Family-Responsible Company (MásFamilia Foundation).

We also have specific certifications in accordance with industry regulations.
