






Sener has been awarded, for the third consecutive year, the Best Company for All Talent 2025 prize – a recognition granted to organisations that foster a management approach committed to the development and diversity of talent. The award was presented at a ceremony organised by Equipos&Talento at the iconic Teatro Real in Madrid.
The event brought together over 220 professionals from the field of People Management and highlighted best practices in talent management within the business ecosystem. Pilar Aragón and Ana Úsar, from the People Departmen, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
This recognition reinforces Sener’s commitment to a corporate culture based on equal opportunities, inclusion, professional development, and the wellbeing of our people.
