Sener has been recognised as a Best Company for All Talent 2026 at the gala organised by Equipos&Talento, held at the iconic Teatro Real in Madrid. The event brought together more than 200 professionals from the People function to highlight companies most committed to the management, integration and development of all their talent.
Among the highest-rated companies in this year’s edition were Schneider Electric, ranked first, followed by Mondelez, BBVA, ISDIN and CaixaBank. Alongside them, the list of recognised organisations includes leading companies such as Abertis, Allianz, Aon, AstraZeneca, AXA, Bosch, CaixaBank, Correos, Danone and CEVA Logistics, among many others.
This recognition places Sener among the benchmark organisations in Spain in terms of diversity and talent inclusion, marking the second consecutive year the company has received this award.
The award was collected by Ana Usar, accompanied by Toñi Gómez, both from the People area, at an event that combined a formal setting with opportunities for networking and exchange among senior professionals in the sector.
This award reinforces the path Sener has been following in recent years, consolidating a way of working that understands talent in all its dimensions and that contributes not only to the company’s growth, but also to a positive impact on society. In this edition, nearly one hundred companies were recognised, confirming an upward trend towards more balanced workplaces committed to the development of people.
