    Digital strategy

    BIM implementation

    We train organizations to work in a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment, a complex challenge that is helping companies to achieve maximum efficiency in their operations. This is a comprehensive transformation process, with Sener’s people-centered philosophy, as they are the lever of change to achieve tangible results. 

    Carrying out projects from start to finish in BIM provides the advantage of having an accurate geometric representation of all its components in a digital, integrated and coherent environment. BIM is the integrating link between objects and spaces and the rest of the databases (ERP, CMMS, BMS, etc.). This makes it possible to have greater control of the information and its subsequent exploitation in the maintenance and operation phases.

    Dynamic asset management

    At Sener, we help companies improve the financial impact of their asset management throughout all the lifecycle, maximizing the yield of their investments. Strategic asset management allows the design of asset management policies aligned with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. It facilitates decision making in the management bodies and directly improves the company’s financial statements. 

    We are aware that enterprise asset management (EAM) cannot see the asset as a problem, but as the element that brings real value to the company’s operations. That is why it is at the heart of our management model and plays an important role in the development of the business strategy.

    Predictive maintenance

    Sener’s capacity for technological innovation means we can anticipate equipment anomalies with a high degree of accuracy. We call on our experience in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial equipment in virtually all industries to achieve maximum precision. We provide predictive maintenance services in order to take early action on equipment and avoid unscheduled downtime.  

    Our predictive models work in real-time, within a collaborative online environment, in which our clients are assisted by Sener engineers in the resolution of incidents. Companies that turn to us also receive regular reports with analysis, conclusions and recommendations. Using the full potential of predictive maintenance, in addition to avoiding breakdowns and anomalies, we achieve:  reduction of OPEX in corrective and preventive; early detection of asset performance losses; identification of premature wear associated with certain modes of operation; detection of manufacturing defects in equipment; extension of the time between maintenance shutdowns; extension of the useful life of assets; reduction of raw material (fuel) and spare parts. 

    Virtual assistants to the operation

    We deploy virtual assistants to maximize the results of business operations, to get the most out of them. Our assistants allow the maximization of the results of any trading strategy by analyzing all the variables and results, being able to select the optimal combination for a given period of time. Unlike humans, virtual assistants to operations are capable of processing high volumes of data and transforming it into useful information for decision-making by operators. 

    For implementation, we analyze the starting data and business objectives to select the appropriate algorithm and create a model. The service can be deployed as a query tool for the operator or integrated directly into the control logic. The result prescribes to operators the optimal operating point for each asset and operation strategy.  

    The assistant enables agile decisions, based on large volumes of data, to:
