We believe in the potential of the new generations to develop sustainable engineering that is capable of responding to the big challenges facing humanity, through solutions that enable social and economic progress while providing for sustainability and care for the environment.

We promote the training and employability of a new generation of professionals through young talent programs and in-company training scholarships. We encourage interest in science and technology and pique curiosity for innovation to improve people’s lives through team challenges.

Youth Talent Program

We have launched the Youth Talent Program, an integration and development program aimed at young people with a technical vocation and a passion for innovation, who take on the challenge of helping to providing answers to the technological questions of the future.

It is an experience where you will combine the performance of technical functions linked to different engineering disciplines, with the opportunity to participate in a development plan designed to accelerate your learning, enhance your talent and enable your future success with the possibility of becoming part of our workforce.

Guidance

We offer an integration and guidance program to assist your incorporation to the company and the implementation of your tasks. You will always be accompanied by a guardian who, in addition to their daily work, will accompany you in the development of the Undergraduate Degree Thesis or Master’s Degree Thesis.

We provide you with a training plan in technical and transversal skills, such as leadership, teamwork and independence to promote your personal and professional growth.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for proactive and creative people with a technical vocation, who are familiar with new technologies and Industry 4.0, with an interest in the search for innovative solutions and with a fluent command of different languages to tackle multicultural and multidisciplinary projects.

Recent graduates (maximum 2 years) or university or master’s degree students.
Foreign languages.
Vocation for engineering, technology and innovation.
Adaptability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
