SENER receives the EFR Certificate for reconciliation and equality

SENER has received the EFR Certificate for reconciliation and equality which the Fundación MásFamilia awards to companies committed to improving the work-family balance, as well as to equality of opportunity and, with these measures, enhancing the quality of life of its workers.

To obtain this certificate, SENER has undergone an external audit which has analyzed both measures implemented by the company to improve the work-family balance and the perception which its employees have of it.

The awarding of the Certificate took place last 16 November, in the Assembly Hall of the Spanish Ministry of Health and Social Policy. Jorge Unda, the Managing Director of SENER, received the prize from the Secretary General of Social Policy and Consumer Affairs, Francisco Moza, and from the President of the Fundación MásFamilia, Antonio Trueba.

The EFR Certificate, created by the Fundación MásFamilia, is a unique tool which provides an easy and effective way to make possible work-family reconciliation processes in companies, be they small, medium or large. It consists of a third party management model, based on continuous improvement, which is a response to a new work culture in the field of corporate social responsibility. In the fifth edition of awarding these certificates, the Fundación MásFamilia has honored 31 large companies throughout Spain, including SENER, for their commitment to families.
